Southampton Shoal Lighthouse was a lighthouse in California, United States, on south end of Southampton Shoals, northeast of Angel Island in the San Francisco Bay, California

Southampton Shoal Lighthouse was built and first lit in 1905 and had a fifth order Fresnel lens. After deactivation in 1960, the structure was moved to Tinsley Island in San Joaquin, where it is now part of the Saint Francis Yacht Club. The original lens is on display at the Angel Island Interpretive Center.
