South Wootton

South Wootton (pop 2001 census - 3,717) is a village in north-west Norfolk approximately 2 miles north-east of King's Lynn. The older part of the village is based around the village green and St Mary's church, there has however been a fair amount of new housing built since the 1960´s. There are two schools in South Wootton, South Wootton First School and South Wootton Junior School the former feeding into the latter.
