South Troy, Minnesota

South Troy, Minnesota is a small unincorporated community in Minnesota in Wabasha County in Zumbro Township, Minnesota.

South Troy was known for being a home for Laura Ingalls Wilder, the writer of the book: Little House on the Prairie, and her family for a short time. This is where their fourth child and their only son; Freddie Ingalls died at the age of 10 months.
