South Phoenix Airways

South Phoenix Airways was originally formed in Singapore. Ayala Corporation in the Philippines bought it from the founders on July 9, 1987 3 months after it was founded. Having delivered 5 new Bell helicopters^{[citation needed]} at Singapore's Changi Airport it was redelivered to Manila on May 8, 1988 where it would be used it operates Charter flights to different areas in the country
