South Mountain High School is a community high school in South Phoenix, Arizona.

South Mountain High School is first opened its doors in 1954. The current principal is Mr. Alvin Watson.

South Mountain unseated North Mountain in the District Competition of the Academic Decathlon, placed second in Regionals, and 13th at State.

South Mountain High School is home to the defending boys 5-a Basketball Champions, 2-time State Champions and The Runner-up in the Academic Decathlon Regional Competition.
