The South Jersey High School Ice Hockey League is a high school ice hockey league with 20 teams participating at the varsity level from southern New Jersey.
The league operates across four levels of play from Varsity Tier I, Varsity Tier II, Junior Varsity A, and to Junior Varsity B. Teams from the South Jersey High School Ice Hockey League are eligible for the Flyers Cup.
