South End Press

South End Press is a non-profit book publisher which is run on a model of participatory economics, and was founded in 1977. Currently, the majority of staff of South End Press are of color and are women. The organization is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It publishes books written by political activists, notably Noam Chomsky, bell hooks, Winona LaDuke, Arundhati Roy, Howard Zinn.
