Late 2006 in a small town in Indiana, South City came into existence. SouthCity is a small gang and group of rappers simply trying to make a living off of the only skills they had, and that was to rap. SouthCity uses an Orange Bandana as a signal of membership, Initiation is unknown at this time. SouthCity is an underground group and does not commit to one record label.

SouthCitys first success came with the song "**** Buck 75'" in which the SouthCity gangsters rap about a rival underground rapper "Buck 75" attacking their hood. Their shortlived success led to a blackout in Southcity releases when tragedy struck; Tension broke out between Rapdaddy Gamby and the rest of the members, ultimately resulting in the banishment of Rapdaddy Gamby from South City.
