The term South Caucasian peoples is used to describe a peoples speaking South Caucasian languages.

The largest South Caucasian people are Georgians (4,600,000). They mostly live Georgia. Mingrelians, Svans and Ajarians mostly live in Samegrelo, Svaneti, and Ajaria regions of Georgia.
