This image is of the South Tower of the World Trade Center as it collapses.

The person who took the photograph is Aman Zafar and his website is amanzafar.com. The source page for this image is http://amanzafar.com/WTC/index.shtm. Mr Zafar has given his permission to use the image specifically following an email of the template letter from the permissions page which has also been forwarded onto wikimedia.

This image is a faithful digitalization of a unique historic photograph, and the copyright for it is most likely held by the photographer who took the photograph or the agency employing the photographer. It is believed that the use of this photograph
