Something isn't quite adding for me, with this one -- the block logs for this account and the IP you listed are both empty, and the block message isn't formatted to match the usual autoblock routine. Perhaps a rangeblock is in effect; if not, then perhaps you should try bypassing your browser's cache. When you try to edit, who's listed as the blocking administrator?
