Soper River (locally known as the Kuujuaq) is a river in Baffin Island, Nunavut, Canada, located at 62.9° N 69.85° W. It flows over 100 km and then empties to the Soper Lake and Pleasant Inlet.

Soper River was designated a Canadian Heritage River in 1992.
