Sopa de pata

Sopa de pata is a hearty Salvadoran soup made from cow’s feet, tripe, yuca (manioc root), guisayotes (chayotes), elotes (sweet corn), platanos (bananas), and ejotes (string beans). Ir may be seasoned with hojas de alcapate (coriander leaves) and flavored to taste with limón (lemon) or chile.
