SONNY JIM IS A MUSICIAN whose forthcoming album DISASTRO was recorded during several subbuteo (floodlit edition) half-time breaks .The album features rapping french schoolchildren,old cabaret stars, hypnotists, drunks as well as large doses of inspiration from bizarre records most people wouldn't have time for.

If sonny jim wasn't making records he'd like to be a beekeeper, so he could wear those dandy outfits whilst smearing honey all over the walls.


Sonny's favourite musical trivia yarns are:

2. that the composer Mahler sent his wife out to stop all sounds of nature
