Why W800 shown on the page? And the specs are wrong. I'm going to fix it, please correct it if I'm wrong.

The W550i/W600i was the second phone to have the Walkman features, the first being the W800i. Furthermore, while the criticism section is correct in noting the problem with the screws in the swivel mechanism, it's somewhat irresponsible to provide advice on how to repair the problem by yourself without mentioning that such action immediately voids the warranty.
