Sonata Undine

Sonata Undine is a flute sonata written by Carl Reinecke that is based on the popular legend of the water spirit Undine. It is his opus 167, written in 1882.

This sonata is normally associated with the Romantic genre. It consists of four movements

  1. Allegro
  2. Intermezzo
  3. Andante
  4. Finale
