Home: Songs of Hope & Journey is a compilation album by various Australian artists to raise funds and bring attention to beyondblue, an Australian initiative against depression. Part of the proceeds of the album will go to the charity. "Don't Give Up", the lead single of the album is a remake of Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush's duet recorded in 1986. The album debuted at #40 in the ARIA Albums Chart on December 3, 2006, but dropped off the charts on the following week. "I'll Stand By You" by Erica Baxter was originally planned to be included in the album, but did not make the final cut.
