"Some Hearts" is a song written by Diane Warren.

It was originally recorded by Marshall Crenshaw for his 1989 album "Good Evening". It was also featured in the 2001 movie America's Sweethearts, sung by Kelly Levesque.

In 2005, it was recorded by Carrie Underwood as the title track of her self-titled 2006 debut album, and was the album's third single. It was released to Pop and Adult Contemporary radio in the United States in November 2005, around the same time Jesus Take The Wheel was released to Country Radio. It received moderate airplay at both formats, peaking in the top 40 on Billboard's Pop 100 Airplay Chart, and to #12 on the US AC Chart. It also reached #22 on the US Adult Top 40 chart.

Due to the fact that the song had no accompanying music video, many fans do not realize it was ever released as a single.

The song was performed by Underwood at half-time of the 2006 NBA All-Star Game in Houston.
