Solemnavalanche is a kindly soul known in other circles as Scott Enderle. At various times in the past he has been a humble and incompetent plumber's assistant, a hospital laundry worker, an unlicensed taxi driver, a customer service zombie at Blockbuster Video, and an intern at Bloomsbury Children's Books. Eventually, he got an actual job editing things for AOL's online City Guide, but, well, that didn't last either. He's currently a grad student studying English Literature at the University of Pennsylvaina, where brilliant yet maniacal professors hand him his ass regularly. He secretly wishes to be a computer geek.

He takes his nom-de-guerre from the cover of his favorite Pavement album. If you know which one, you are cool; write him.
