There is some indication of dubious accuracy that the exception for financial aid (and related administrative costs) has been recently or may soon be repealed. I can't find any reliable information; anyone with reliable information to the contrary should correct the appropriate section and cite their source(s).--Nuncio 10:38, 16 October 2005 (UTC)
