Produced and released in 2000 by Cyril Helwig & Thymen Holleman (AKA Solid Sessions), the success of this track is largely attributed to the vocal remixes done by Pronti & Kalmani, whose studio was next to the guys from Solid Sessions in the record company Combined Forces' building. They heard their Janeiro and absolutely loved it right away. They felt it could use some extra production and wanted to write vocals for it. They asked them if they could work on their song together , with the guarantee that they would respect the beauty of the original and if they did not like the result they would not release it. The end result, featuring Vera on vocals, went on to be a successful club hit, and is now considered a 'classic' among trance/dance lovers.
