Solid HarmoniE (also SHE) were a British pop girl group formed in 1996. Initially the band was made up of Rebecca Onslow, Melissa Graham and Mariama Goodman, however Goodman left in 1997 to care for her mother. She was replaced by Elisa Cariera. Goodman rejoined the band later in the year, and the group became a four-piece.

The group was moderately successful, producing five singles and a self-titled album before disbanding in 1999. They had success in the Netherlands where their album went to #1 in the album charts and was certified gold [1]. Also the single "I Want You To Want Me" peaked at #4 in the charts. Goodman joined R&B group Honeyz later that year.

Rebecca Onslow (born January 3, 1975 in Swansea, Wales) was the lead singer of Solid HarmoniE. Rebecca has embarked on a solo career and released "Wake up" on January 15, 2002

Melissa Graham (born October 10, 1975 in Coventry, England) was an original member of the girl group and left in 1999 to embark on her solo career. Melissa has released three singles upto now.

Mariama Goodman (born December 25, 1977 in Lambeth, London, England) was an original member of the girl group, but left in 1999 to join Honeyz.

Elisa Cariera (born June 16, 1978 in Orlando, Florida) joined the group in 1997. Elisa has embarked on a solo career and written her debut solo album however it has not been released yet.

Jenilca Giusti (born August 21, 1981 in Daytona Beach, Florida) joined the group in 2000 after the departure of Mariama and Melissa. She was with the group when they were recording their second studio album. However, since the album was never released Jenilica has never been officially recognized as a former Solid HarmoniE member.
