Solestruck is an American e-commerce company based in Portland, Oregon, selling women's shoes direct to consumer via an ecommerce website. Similar to Zappos.com shoe website but smaller in scale, Solestruck sells a variety of women's shoes from over 40 brands, including Steve Madden, Kenneth Cole, New Balance athletic shoes, and other name brands. In addition to women's shoes, Solestruck also sells a selection of handbags. On their site, Solestruck states a goal to make online shoe shopping as comfortable and convenient as possible[1]. To achieve this, Solestruck offers free shipping both ways, a 365-day return policy, and 24-hour customer service.
