This image is taken from www.telstra.com.au. It is intended for use by the media and therefore can be used on Wikipedia, I think. It is not 'fair use' in the US sense because 'fair use' does not exist in Australian copyright law but I think it is within the rights of wikipedia to use the image. So, the copyright tag is not strictly accurate but representative of the true situation.

It is governed by these conditions:

1. The images you source from the Media Centre may only be used in the publication of news or current affairs relating to Telstra.
2. You may not use the images for publication in private commercial ventures such as advertising and business brochures.
3. You may not alter the images you source in any way whatsoever without Telstra's prior written permission, other than to crop them in the normal course to meet formatting requirements.
4. If you source images from the Historical Photos collection for publication, you will publish an accompanying written acknowledgment of the Telstra Museum for providing the images.
5. Intellectual property in the images remains with Telstra Corporation Limited at all times, and you will take all action necessary to protect Telstra Corporation Limited's intellectual property rights.
6. Telstra may vary these terms and conditions from time to time. Any new version of these terms and conditions will be updated in this window.
7. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applying in the State of Victoria, Australia.

This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion.

It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of promotional material

• where the image is unrepeatable, i.e. a free image could not be created to replace it;
