Softnyx (Korean: 소프트닉스) is a South Korean developer of online games. The company was founded on April 4, 2001 and is led by its CEO, Jinho Kim. Softnyx has developed such online titles as GunBound, Rakion and now defunct Magic Punk, and also has a new title Wolf Team which is not out for open testing, as well as several games for mobile devices. The company concentrates on developing online games that are free-to-play. The company generates revenue by selling in-game items for real money that significantly enhance one's in-game characters.
