Spinel: 1Fe2O3 : 1MeO( MeO = transition metal oxide)

The spinel ferrite are isosturctural with the natually occcuring spinal MgAl2O4 and conform to general formula AB2O4 Cubic ferriteact as soft magnets with low coersice force
