- This template creates a form for reporting a suspected sockpuppeteer (puppetmaster) and one or more of the accounts suspected to be his sockpuppets.
- It is to be invoked as the first line in a new (blank) case page as:
{{subst:socksuspect2|1=PUPPETMASTER|2=SOCKPUPPET}}
replacing the terms PUPPETMASTER and SOCKPUPPET with the account names of the suspected users (without the "User:" prefix).
- The page must be saved to let the form be generated, and then edited again to fill out more information. There will be some helpful notes on the form, visible only in edit mode.
