Société de développement des entreprises culturelles

SODEC or Société de développement des entreprises culturelles is a Quebec government agency founded in 1995, responsible to the Ministry of Culture and Communications.

SODEC is dedicated to the promotion and maintenance of Quebecois culture. To such ends, it provides public financing to Quebecois industries in cultural sectors. It aids the book sector, music sector, film sector, television sector, and artists.
