[edit] Kuribayashi (camera)

I've merged the material (and references) in Kuribayashi (camera) into Petri Camera, another article covering the same subject. There are also redirects, so anyone typing the name of or linking to the old article will get the merged one. I trust I haven't made any mistakes, but please feel free to point out and correct them.
