Smith and Williamson Limited is the UK member firm of member firm of Nexia International, an accountancy firm. It is the 8th largest accountancy firm in the UK, with revenues of £136.9 million for the year ending 30th April 2006, and average revenue per director of £810,000. [1].

Smith & Williamson was founded in 1881 as a firm of traditional chartered accountants. It merged with NCL (Securities) Limited, a UK based fund manager in 2002. In 2005, it merged with Solomon Hare, an accountancy firm in Bristol- retaining the brand name.
