Probably uncopyrightable. By me, based on description from movie.

From the movie: The original cover art had portrayed a woman on leash being forced to smell a glove. However, the head of the record label considered the image too offensive and had it removed from the cover (without notifying the band). Thus, when the band received the first shipment of their albums, they were simply plain black.
