SMC connector

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

SMC (SubMiniature version C) connectors are coaxial RF connectors developed in the 1960s. They use a 10-32 threaded interface (screw type) and are available in 50 Ω or 75 Ω impedances. They offer excellent electrical performance from DC to 10 GHz.

The term Subvis connector appears to be European usage; the connectors appear to be electrically and mechanically equivalent to SMC.[citation needed]
