I'm SMBriscoe, I'm a Civil Engineering student who is trying realy hard to get into the Army Corps of Engineers after college. When I came to college I really got into wikies because I don't have a TV or a computer of my own. I could read wikies in the school computer labs and not disturb everyone around me. My writing professor gave me the assignment to write something to be put on public domain so I decided to write a wiki article.
