Smarter Salsburgh is a sustainable project which has been set up and is being run as a charity to improve the local area of the small village of Salsburgh in North Lanarkshire.

The project has been successful so far and has made some considerable improvements to the local village by clearing waste land, building and opening community gardens and raising awareness of the surrounding countryside.
