Slidre

Slidre is the administrative centre of Vestre Slidre municipality, Norway. It is located by the Slidrefjord. Its population (SSB 2005) is 293.

Slidre is also the name of the municipalities Vestre Slidre and Øystre Slidre combined. This area was formerly a municipality of its own, the split into Vestre Slidre and Øystre Slidre taking place in 1849.
