Slemish is committed to excellence in provision and opportunity in education. We offer a quality learning experience to all our students.Slemish College is also one of the few schools in Northern Ireland to have fibre optic cabling throughout the school. This means that students can access the internet from all classrooms.

Our students have a varied and interesting programme with a wide range of enhancement activities. Slemish is a school with a relaxed atmosphere in which students are happy and secure. We believe that parents, students and teachers have an important part to play in the educational process.

Our Vision Slemish College welcomes students of all traditions and abilities to learn together in a caring school community where self worth and mutual respect are highly valued. In partnership with parents, we seek to offer opportunities for individual success while promoting excellence in education for all.

Slemish College is at the forefront of developing effective learning through the use of thinking skills.

"You have chosen a great name for a great venture. Slemish is our holy mountain; the association with St Patrick gives it a special aura for people of all denominations in Ireland. But even as a natural feature it radiates positive force: the very look of it makes the heart lift. I wish the College great success. May it be here for good in every sense."
