"Sleep Over and Over/Mother Nature" is episode #3.6 of the Nickelodeon animated television series The Fairly OddParents created by Butch Hartman. It originally aired on May 17, 2003.

Timmy Turner is having a sleepover at his treehouse and makes preparations by wishing for a TV, chips and dip, soda, candy, and three huge bean bag chairs. He has invited Chester and A.J. to watch Crash Nebula meets the Crimson Chin. Before the sleepover, Cosmo encounters an ant and names him Carl. After Timmy says to hide, Cosmo accidentally kills Carl. When A.J. and Chester come, each of them bring a slumber suit of their favorite superheroes. A.J. brings a Crash Nebula suit which has a space gumball shooter, a space horn, and a space canteen. Chester brings a Crimson Chin suit which has a Crimson Chin head shaped confetti blaster, an inflatable bouncy butt, and a candy container. Chester and A.J. have a fight over which superhero is better. Timmy ask Cosmo and Wanda to do something, but Cosmo is still sad over the death of Carl the ant. Chester and A.J. are still fighting and fall out of the treehouse. After the fall, Chester and A.J. are still mad at each other and decide that they will each have their own sleepover. Chester and A.J. both say to Timmy that if he doesn't come to their sleepovers, the host of each sleepover won't be Timmy's friend anymore. As Cosmo is still weeping the lost of Carl, Timmy thinks of a plan. Wanda says that Timmy can't be at both sleepovers at once, but Timmy says he can. When they poof over to the junkyard, Timmy says that he will switch back and forth between both sleepovers. Cosmo, who is now over the death of Carl, finds a bee and names her Cindy. Unfortunately for Cosmo, Cindy is swallowed by a bird. Timmy's godparents, mostly Wanda, poof Timmy over to A.J.'s house first. When he enters, Timmy sees a food buffet and eats some lobster. Timmy asks A.J. if he could use the bathroom. While in the bathroom, Cosmo is still weeping over the loss of Cindy. Wanda asks Cosmo "How's Cindy?", but Cosmo responds "Who's Cindy?". Timmy interrupts and wishes he was at Chester's mobile home. The TV, which was under food plates and a curtain when Timmy enters, is not working and Chester tries to fix it. Timmy asks Chester if he could use the bathroom. Cosmo and Wanda poof Timmy back to A.J.'s house again. When Timmy returns to A.J.'s bathroom, there is an offending smell from the re-entry and A.J. declares that is enough seafood. They go outside to a big tent. There we see a huge TV and Crash Nebula decorations. A.J.'s dad blocks every channel except the education animal channel. A.J. tries to stay positive and says to Timmy that they can watch animal violence, but A.J.'s dad blocks the violece too. Timmy goes back to Chester's home, but sees that the TV is still broken and that Chester made a dip called tuna dip surprise, which tastes like cat food (as Mr. McBadbat says). Timmy goes back to A.J.'s house and realizes that both their parties stink. While listening to the TV, Timmy hears a weirldy specific statement that gives him an idea. Timmy wishes he was at the junkyard and there, he explains his plan: Timmy will call both his friends to save him from vicious junkyard dogs, which will be Cosmo and Wanda. Cosmo is distracted by a cat, who he names Jimmy, and runs off, with Wanda chasing him. Meanwhile, Chester and A.J. meet (both still not happy with each other). Timmy is waiting on top of a pile and spots real junkyard dogs who are waiting to attack Timmy. Timmy falls down the pile and accidentally jumps into a kitty costume, falls into a tub of gravy, falls into a box of air-fresheners (which has the scent of mailmen), and lands in front of a sign that says "Eat Here". Timmy thinks he's doomed, but A.J. shoots some gumballs at the dogs. Chester hits them with confetti and the dogs run toward Timmy's friends. A.J. connects his space horn to a tube that inflates Chester's bouncy butt. When the dogs come close enough, A.J. blows his horn which expands Chester's butt to inflate enormously. The dogs run into the butt and bounce out of the junkyard. Chester and A.J. apologize to Timmy, but Timmy said that they worked together, just like the show they missed. Chester and A.J. finally reunite as friends. Back at Timmy's treehouse, Chester offers some of his dip, but Timmy and A.J. refuse because it was gross to them. Chester and A.J. wonder if Timmy's kitty costume can do anything. When they press the button on Timmy's costume, a sign pops out that says "Eat Me" with a turkey leg and a steak rotating around Timmy. The junkyard dogs appear again, who target Timmy's costume. Outside the treehouse, Jimmy loses three of his nine lives. Jimmy scratches Cosmo and he remembers Carl. He cries again and wants his records he supposedly lended to Carl the ant.

Timmy and his dad are watching the Channel 7 News with Chet Ubetcha and are waiting for the weather so they can go fishing. Stormy Raines, the weatherman, predicts that it will be sunny. While Timmy and his dad are watching the weather, Timmy's mom announced that she won the Miss Dimmsdale Beauty Pageant, but the men do not care and run out the door to go fishing. When Timmy and his dad go fishing, they realize it is raining outside. Timmy and his dad, still running, slip and fall into the bushes. Stormy Raines runs past them being chased out by an angry mob of fishers. The next day, Timmy and his dad hope that the weatherman will get the weather right this time. Before the weather, Timmy's mom says that her homemade pie won first prize. The new weatherman, Johnny Downpour, predicts that the weather will be sunny. Timmy and his dad run outside and freeze because it was snowing. Johnny ran out of town being the same angry mob. The next day, Timmy's mom was angry at Timmy and Timmy's dad for not paying attention to her, os she entered the "Be the new weather-person contest and she won. Timmy's dad uses a puppet to act out Timmy's mom, which creeps Timmy out. When Timmy's mom predicts the weather, she he predicts the weather to be cloudy, then the clouds clearing up, a big gaping hole will form downtown, and then it will rain. After the weather, Chet Ubetcha announces that an angry mob already formed outside the studio. Timmy is worried and wishes that his mom always made correct weather predictions. The mob witnesses all the predictions and they all came true. The next news report, Timmy's mom is getting all of the attention. The next morning, Timmy's mom ignores what Timmy has to say. Timmy's dad's mom puppet still creeps Timmy out. After watching another one of Timmy's mom's weather forecast, Timmy asks what can he do to get mom back. He goes to the studio and apologizes to his mom. Timmy asks his mom if she can quit, but the only way to quit is to predict weather that would destroy the town. She predicts hail the size of mini-vans, the world's largest lightning storm, a massive earthquake, and sunny skies (a day nice for fishing) the day after. Timmy tries to unwish the wish, but his mom already predicted. Cosmo and Wanda poof Timmy downtown to stop danger from the weather. First, he wishes that a giant trampoline was over Dimmsdale, which bounces all of the hail into Dimmsdale's rival city, Brightsburg. Next, Cosmo accidentally sticks out his wand to the sky and he is shocked by lightning, which stopped the lightning storm from harming anything. Finally, to stop the earthquake, he wishes that the town was protected by gelatin. The earthquake moves to Brightsburg, which causes disaster. To get rid of the gelatin, they send the gelatin goop to Brightsburg, which then falls into an earthquake crack. In the end, while fishing, Timmy and his mom are finally bonding again.

- The "Crimson Chin vs Crash Nebula" special that caused the argument between A.J. and Chester was possibly a spoof on the popular Japanese superhero teamups that always seem to have the word "VS" in the title (e.g Dekaranger VS Magiranger), although most of the time they never actually fight.
- Cosmo's ant was named Carl, his bee's name was Cindy, and his cat's name was Jimmy. This is a possible reference to the characters of The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius.
- The costume Timmy was wearing resembles that of Hello Kitty.
- In Mother Nature, the logo for the news channel for which Chet Ubetcha is reporting is very similar to the one employed by KABC-TV of Los Angeles. The first weatherman, Stormy Raines, may be a reference to KABC weatherman Dallas Raines.
- Weathermen cannot predict earthquakes, but Timmy's mom did.
