Slavonski Šamac is a small town and a port on the river Sava in Croatia. The town is located in Brod-Posavina county in the region of Slavonia. The population of Slavonski Šamac itself is 1,256 (2001); the municipality, which includes the village of Kruševica, has a total population of 2,649.

On the opposite side of the river lies the town of Bosanski Šamac.
