FK Slavija (Serbian: Фудбалски kлуб Славија / Fudbalski klub Slavija) is a football club from the town Istočno Sarajevo, in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. FK Slavija is a member of the Football Association of Republika Srpska and it is active in the Bosnian Premier League. Their home stadium is Gradski SRC Slavija Stadium.

The club was founded in 1908 and it was the best club from Bosnia along with SAŠK between the two world wars. These two clubs were the only ones that played on the top national level in Yugoslav league before the World War II. Slavija was dominantly the club of Serbs, just as SAŠK was dominantly club of Croats, Đerzelez dominantly club of Muslims, Barkohba dominantly club of Bosnian Jews. After the World War II, FK Slavija was disbanded by the communist authorities.

After the break-up of SFR Yugoslavia, Slavija was re-formed. Since gaining promotion for the 2004/2005 season, Slavija competes in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
