The second release from Bellingham, WA's Shook Ones. "Slaughter Of the Insole" was the band's first release for Revelation Records. It was recorded on the day after Halloween in 2005 and was released on Feburary 21, 2006. It contains two original cuts and a cover of the Leatherface song, "Not A Day Goes By". The two original songs, "Slaughter of the Insole" and "So Grown Up", were re-recorded for the band's follow-up full length, Facetious Folly Feat.
