[edit] Summary
Adapted from en:Image:Slavic_languages.jpg. Wirj to be done: 1) fonts in boxes should be redone. 2) transnitrian ukrainian/russian influence is not displayed. 3) extent of russian language in eastern ukraine is inaccurate: the regions of Ukraine bordering Russia in the north (Chernigov, Sumy) are rather Ukrainian-speaking, while the regions adjacent to the Black Sea (Odessa, Kherson, Nikovaev) are predominantly Russian-speaking. 4) most of the Belarus should be mixed - Belarussian and Russian 5) Kosovo should be excluded from the Serbocroatian-speaking zone, as quite a few Serbs remained there. 6) Estonia and especially Latvia have very large Russian-speaknig minorities. At least Eastern Latvia and Riga should be shown as mixed zones.
