Skybluz is a Composer, Author, Photographer, Music Arranger and Audio Engineer from Singapore.

Born 纪文韬 on July 20, 1974, also known as Beldin Kee, Skybluz 蓝天 is a Singaporean pop musician specializing in Smooth Jazz, Dance, Soft Rock, Rap, R&B and Love Ballads.
In April 1998, Skybluz won the national songwriting competition organised and hosted by RadioHeart100.3 (the current UFM1003). He went on to become a member of the Composers' and Authors' Society of Singapore (COMPASS).
In July 2003, Skybluz founded Skyblue Songwriters' Guild, the place where all Singaporean songwriters gather online.
In July 2004, he founded the music publisher Skyblue Music Works, and established links with music people from Taiwan and Hong Kong.
In Dec 2005. Skybluzone, the official forum page, was officially launched. This forum serves as a conduit for Composers, Authors, Music Arrangers and Singers to openly exchange ideas, and also as the channel for Skybluzine, Skyblue Horizon's e-zine.
