I think the content of the Artsworld article ought really to be moved to this article, with the necessary edits and additions due to the name change (and Artsworld then becoming a redirect to this article). The early 90s channel could either be discussed at the start of that article or actually have it's own entry - they are in fact two distinct channels with the same name and loosely similar content.
