SkyWest, Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYW) is the parent company of SkyWest Airlines and Atlantic Southeast Airlines. SkyWest, Inc. and SkyWest Airlines were separated as corporations to facilitate the purchase of ASA from Delta Air Lines to SkyWest so that SkyWest and ASA, as airlines, could maintain separate operations post-merger. SkyWest, Inc. like SkyWest Airlines is based in St. George, Utah, United States.
