Skin Graft Records is an influential contemporary no wave, noise rock, art punk, rock record label based in Chicago who are largely responsible for spawning the now-wave movement. The label originated as comic-punk fanzine and went on to release music by bands such as AIDS Wolf, Athletic Automaton, Arab On Radar, Brise-Glace (featuring Jim O'Rourke), Cheer-Accident, The Chinese Stars, Dazzling Killmen, The Flying Luttenbachers, Gorge Trio, Lake Of Dracula, Made in Mexico, Melt-Banana, My So-Called Lice, Quintron, Ruins, Space Streakings, U.S. Maple and Zeni Geva.

Skin Graft began releasing comics in 1986 and their first record was released at the end of 1991.[1]
