The Skene Group is a company based in Aberdeen, Scotland. It owns and operated three hotels in the city, Skene House; Holburn (4*), Rosemount (3*) and Whitehall (4*). It also operates the Skene Business Centre and the Inchmarlo Retirement Home.

It is different to a normal hotel as every room is an apartment with a kitchen and living room as well as bedrooms. This has led it to being very popular with business people traveling to Aberdeen, particularly those on long stay visits with the oil industry.

There are various sized suites available with up to three bedrooms and capacity for six people.

The hotels are built in tenement blocks that were purchased by the company and refurbished in their entirety.

The Skene Business Centre supplies offices at different locations in the city. They are fully serviced with internet and receptionist staff.

Inchmarlo is a care home set in the countryside just outside Aberdeen with a large garden landscape.
