The Skagway Airport receives service from three separate carriers that all serve identical the Lynn Canal (Skagway-Haines, Juneau) corridor:
Skagway Air Service, unlike the other two airlines, is also based in Skagway and operates a number of tourist-marketed charters over the Juneau Icefield, Chilkoot Trail, and Glacier Bay National Park out of Skagway Airport.
