Skageflå
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Skageflå is one of a handful farms along the sides of Geirangerfjord in Norway. It was actually two farms, which shared the location; Skageflå was at its time one of the richer farms and had 2 or 3 mountain pastures for its animals.
Skageflå lies approximately 250m above the fjord. One can reach Skageflå from Geiranger, either by a 2-4 hour walk or with help of the sight-seeing boat (M/S Geirangerfjord) that will take one to a spot just below the farm, which is followed by a half-hour walk upwards.
