Skaal

The Skaal is a fictional group of Nord nature-worshippers featured in the Bloodmoon expansion to The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. They have a special commune with the creatures of Solstheim. The Skaal have been living on Solstheim for many generations. The Skaal village is located on the northern tip of Solstheim.

The Skaal have stricts laws that they follow, do not steal from others, because as a Skaal you will be provided with everything needed. Theft is punished by exile or being sacrificed to the wolves. If one is not Skaal-born, death is always the punishment for a crime.

"There is a careful balance that lies in all things of this world. The animals, the trees, even the rocks and the winds. It is a harmony that the Skaal draw power from, by the grace of the All-Maker, He who gave us these gifts. When this balance is upset, our power is lessened."
