Phoebe and Piper don't take Paige seriously when she has a weird feeling about a creepy old house, landing Phoebe in the clutches of a hideous demon and shrunk to a powerless five inches tall. When Paige and Piper also walk into the demon's trap, his collection is complete.

- Alchemist: Alchemists can transform anything, like water into gold, energy into matter. They even have the ability to bring the dead back to life.

- Essence Bearer: An alchemist would use a bottle such as this to capture and/or store a Life Essence. A Life Essence is comparable to a human soul, but made in a mixing lab. A well made Life Essence can possess any living being but would prove toxic and eventually lethal to the being’s pre-existing soul.
- Crimson Scalpel: This ceremonial instrument is used by an Alchemist to make an incision in a body. The Demon uses spells and an incantation on the blood and lets it drip into a magic Essence Bearer, where it thickens to form an essence. Other ingredients make it a fully-formed Life Essence.

- The title of this episode is a play on words to the sexual phrase size doesn't matter.
- It could also refer to the tagline to the 1998 movie Godzilla SIZE DOES MATTER.
- Paige develops the ability to sense evil in this episode.
- Reportably Brad Kern's least favourite episode.
- We see Leo meditate by floating in midair in this episode. Paige also does this in Season 8 episode, Gone with the Witches.
- Piper mentioned that they have a great aunt who collects hummels, namely Sylvia.
- Paige did not orb when she got shocked in this episode; just like how Piper frequently used to freeze the enemy, when shocked.
